Business Development Coaching

There were an estimated 4.8 million private sector enterprises in the UK at the start of 2009. They employed an estimated 22.8 million people, and had an estimated combined annual turnover of £3,200 billion*: small businesses do big business!

BigBlueStuff provides specific, measurable and proven Business Development Coaching to ambitious small and medium sized enterprises.

Our coaches, all of whom have a wide range of business experience, work with the clients management team in identifying, addressing and overcoming barriers to growth, and enabling the enterprise to access and realise latent potential to drive sustainable business development and growth.

The coach’s role is to explore and clarify business objectives and direction, identify critical success factors in their achievement and work with management over a period of 6-12 months on the business’ growth.

In order to help one of our clients address a fairly fundamental issue with their business model, BigBlueSuff facilitated a workshop for us using LSP. People from a number of our client's partner organisations were invited. The attendees each had their own expectations and agenda, represented different levels of seniority, and in many cases had not met the other participants before. Within a very short time, they were all participating openly, giving freely of their ideas and opinions, and working together constructively in pursuit of common goals. I'm convinced we covered more in that day than would have been possible in a week of workshops facilitated by more traditional means, and by less able facilitators.

When I first consulted Pete at BBS I was working 70% for another practice as an associate self employed Osteopath. At the initial session the ethos was not about how to be “successful” but looked at what I wanted out of work and life and discussed strategies and realistic steps to achieve them. Over a 12 month period I now find myself in charge of my own limited company having successfully completed three contracts for the NHS while maintaining a healthy private practice. My income has increased by 70% and I now work shorter days and have time to take my daughter to school and go sailing with my wife. I would highly recommend this process to anyone that has the desire to explore both their business and personal potential.
