Commercial Mediation - Andrew Perrin BA (Hons) FCA MCI Arb

I graduated as a Chartered Accountant in 1985, joining Ernst & Young and gaining exposure to high-profile national companies, dealing principally with audits, investigations and general business advice.

Subsequent career moves gave me considerable experience of advising small and medium size enterprises (SME’s), especially in the field of business development and succession issues.

I am one of only six qualified accountants in the UK to be accredited as a commercial mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and have been called as an expert witness in numerous court cases and planning enquiries and in the County Court in cases concerned with business valuations.

I am a qualified as a family mediator, primarily dealing with cases involving complex financial issues and in 2005 founded my own practice for commercial and family mediation, Zealous. I am also a member of the Panel of Approved Appointees of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

My interests and passions are golf and sailing. In 2004 I took part in the BT Challenge-Daily Telegraph sponsored Round Great Britain and Ireland Race.
