Founder - Pete Lawrence
Pete has twenty years’ experience of enabling business performance, whether defining and delivering complex, ground breaking projects or aligning and motivating individuals, teams and organisations to perform.
As a founding partner of Big Blue stuff, he has for the past 5 years, led the creation and delivery of elements of the worlds’ largest wind, wave and tidal renewable energy projects as well as creating a world leading Marine Spatial Planning tool that facilitates better understanding and planning of activities in the ocean.
Pete’s coaching experience, whether with Chief Executive’s, Small Medium Sized Enterprises, Academia or Government Departments across financial services, health care, retail, education, charity and engineering sectors, all share a common need to increase and sustain performance.
Pete has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Postgraduate qualification in Coaching and Development from a UK business school an Advanced Diploma in performance coaching and is certified to deliver LSP (Lego® Serious Play™). He is a member of the Association of Project Management and a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts (FRSA).
Outside work he is Chairman of the national governing body for Surf life Saving in Great Britain tasked with enabling sustainable business performance, an active member of the World Ocean Council, a global organisation promoting the sustainable use of the oceans by the business community, runs Bantham Surf Life Saving Club, is an Inshore Rescue Boat cox for the RNLI and is a volunteer beach lifeguard. Pete is inspired by, being in, on or involved with the ocean!

Myles is the co-creator, with Tim Gallwey, of The Inner Game eCoach System and a Director at eCoach Ltd.
He is the Founder of The School of Coaching in the U.K., established in 1996, and was part of the team that established The Alexander Corporation in 1987, which was acknowledged by The Economist Intelligence Unit as “the leading provider of Executive Coaching in Europe” in 1993 and in 1995.
A well-known business performance coach with extensive experience, spanning over twenty-five years, he coaches senior executives and leadership teams and has worked all over the world with some of the most prestigious organisations in a variety of businesses, from professional service firms, banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, brewing and distilling, retailing, construction, information technology to the Public Sector in the UK.
He is the author of ‘Effective Coaching’ (Texere/Thomson, in excess of 30,000 copies sold), which is considered a seminal text on coaching. He is currently writing ‘The Sessions’, part business book, part novel.
Trusted Resource - Lucy Parsons
Lucy has worked for a range of clients in the marine renewable energy and ports sectors both within industry and public sector bodies, generally on joint venture projects. The bulk of her work over the last two and a half years has been in the far north of Scotland spending a third of her time in Orkney with local research and stakeholder involvement being key to the development of projects or evaluation of their feasibility.
Before moving to Scotland in 2005 to work on port infrastructure development and energy projects, Lucy worked in the City for ten years, mainly in Lloyds of London and other risk transfer markets on shipping, energy and infrastructure projects. Originally read Jurisprudence at Oxford.
Never too far from the sea or a river having grown up on the cliffs of Cornwall and moved to the coasts of Scotland via the Isis and Thames.
Lucy is currenlty contracted to work on BigBlueStuff's project to deliver the Pentland Firth & Orkney Waters 1st Array project for The Crown Estate
